Overview
The BR72 is a 72-inch rotary broom — a step up in capacity from the BR60 while staying in the lighter-weight rotary category at 950 lb. It suits mid-frame skid steers sweeping medium-size lots, construction sites, and agricultural applications where material needs to move in one direction and side-casting is acceptable. No hydraulic angle adjustment means lower operating complexity and cost compared to the BA72 angle broom. The tradeoff: the operator repositions the machine to change sweep direction rather than adjusting the broom on the fly. Best on sites with a consistent sweeping pattern.

- Clean debris wrapped in the drum core after every extended session — wire, hair, and root cause drum imbalance and stress the hydraulic motor bearings
- Grease drum bearing end caps monthly during active use periods
- Check hydraulic motor connections and angle cylinder fittings weekly — broom motors work hard and connection fittings loosen over time
- Store on end or off the ground so bristle fill doesn't take a permanent set under drum weight — brooms stored drum-down develop flat spots in the fill that affect sweep quality
