John Deere heavy duty rail-style pallet forks on a compact track loader

Overview

The heavy-duty rail-style forks are the commercial workhorse in the Worksite Pro pallet fork range. Heavier frame construction handles lumber yards, building supply, and dense material loads that would flex a standard-duty unit. The sliding rail gives you adjustable tine spacing for different load widths — useful on any site where pallets aren't all the same size. At 602 lb it's substantially heavier and wider than the standard-duty models, purpose-built for regular commercial and construction use. No hydraulics required.

Is This Right For You?

✅ Buy if…

  • You lift pallets, bags, small bundles, or materials up to 4,000 lbs regularly
  • Your machine is mid-frame (S450–S570 class) and typical loads are within standard-duty capacity

⛔ Skip if…

  • You regularly lift heavy or awkward loads over 5,000 lbs — standard-duty tines can bend under shock loads
  • Bin moves, heavy concrete, or steel pipe are common — heavy-duty tines are worth the cost

🔍 Also consider…

  • Heavy-duty pallet forks if your load weights push the limit of the frame rating
  • Fork frame carriage upgrade if you want a higher ITA carriage class for more lift capacity
🔧 Machine Compatibility

Designed for John Deere machines but mounts to any skid steer or CTL with a universal SSQA quick-attach plate.
