Sizing Guide
700 ft-lb models handle T-posts, standard 4-inch round wood posts, and 2.5-inch steel stakes — covering most farm and acreage fencing. 900–1,000 ft-lb models suit heavier square steel tube, pipe, and larger diameter wood posts. Ensure the driver head accepts the full range of post sizes you'll be driving — most models include multiple guide caps.
Hydraulic Flow
Most post drivers run on standard auxiliary flow (12–20 GPM). High-flow variants offer higher BPM (blows per minute) for production work where speed is critical. Standard-flow machines handle the full range of typical farm and acreage fencing work without issue.
