Is This Right For You?
✅ Buy if…
- You prep lawns, subdivision lots, or acreage for seeding — power rakes clear debris and till in one pass
- Spring cleanup or post-construction site restoration is a regular part of your work
- You need to remove rocks, sticks, and surface debris while grading to a final seed-ready surface
⛔ Skip if…
- Heavy clay, packed gravel, or compacted subsoil is your main challenge — a soil conditioner tills deeper
- You're doing large-scale tillage — a rototiller covers more depth per pass on agricultural ground
🔍 Also consider…
- Soil conditioner for deeper tilling on compacted or clay-heavy ground
- Landscape rake for light debris cleanup without tine-tilling
🔧 Machine Compatibility
Designed for Case machines but mounts to any skid steer or CTL with a universal SSQA quick-attach plate.
About Case CE in Canada
Case Construction Equipment attachments are available through a national Canadian dealer network. Built to OEM standards and compatible with Case skid steers via universal quick attach.
Care & Maintenance
- Inspect rotor teeth after each use — chipped or missing carbide dramatically reduces grading quality and throws the rotor off balance
- Grease rotor shaft bearing housings at each end after every 8 hours of use — most premature bearing failures trace back to insufficient lubrication intervals
- Clean packed soil from rotor teeth and the housing after every job — built-up soil throws the rotor out of balance and restricts rotation
- Replace worn teeth in matched sets — mixing old and new teeth across the rotor causes uneven cutting and vibration that stresses the drive
- Inspect hydraulic motor drive connections and belt tension (if belt-driven) weekly during active season
How to Connect
- Attach frame using Bob-Tach
- Connect hydraulic rotor circuit
- Adjust rotor depth by lowering carefully — engage at surface before penetrating soil
- Set material deflector angle if applicable
⚠ Safety NotePower rakes are standard-flow on most models. Excellent for seedbed prep and spring field work.
