Skid-Pro Dozer Blade 60 inch

Overview

Skid-Pro's 60-inch dozer blade is a hydraulic angle blade built for compact to mid-frame skid steers doing backfill, site grading, and material pushing in tight spaces. It angles ±30° hydraulically from the cab and has a 10° tilt function for cross-slope work. Skid-Pro is known for making one of the heavier non-cast dozer blades in the category — the deep-curve moldboard moves more material per pass than lighter competitors. Features a 5/8" x 6" reversible cutting edge and adjustable skid shoes for better ground float. Available in Canada through Skid-Pro dealers.

Is This Right For You?

✅ Buy if…

  • You need to angle the blade left/right for ditch work, pushback, or casting in a specific direction
  • Your site work involves both straight pushing and angled clearing

⛔ Skip if…

  • You only push in one direction — a straight blade is lighter, simpler, and cheaper
  • Precision finish grading matters — a land plane or box blade gives a better finished surface

🔍 Also consider…

  • 6-way blade for hydraulic tilt control in addition to angle
  • Box blade if the goal is levelling a surface rather than pushing material
🔧 Machine Compatibility

Compatible with all skid steer brands via universal SSQA quick attach. No auxiliary hydraulics required — operates off the loader arms.

Care & Maintenance

How to Connect

  1. Attach blade frame to Bob-Tach
  2. If 6-way blade: connect tilt and angle hydraulic circuits (both sides)
  3. Test all blade movements (up/down, tilt left/right, angle) before working
⚠ Safety NoteSome dozer blades have hydraulic float position — engage float for finish grading
